1. Processing Time

  • Most  orders are processed within 3–7 business days.

  • Customized or personalized items may take longer depending on the complexity of the order.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or delays, we will notify you via email.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (USA): 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days, depending on the destination

Please note that international delivery times may vary due to customs processing in your country.


3. Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers such as:

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • DHL (for international orders)

Tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped.


4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

JW Steel Crafts is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to international orders. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, customs, etc.).


5. Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for packages lost or damaged during shipping. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and product photos for your claim.
