The JW Steel Crafts Damascus fillet knife set gives you two purpose-built knives for fish cleaning and filleting. Each knife has an 8.5-inch flexible blade and a 4.5-inch resin handle. Total length is 12 inches per knife. The set covers everything from small panfish to large saltwater catches.

Blade Functionality
Forged from layered Damascus steel, both blades offer flexible performance that cleanly follows a fish's bone structure while minimising waste and allowing fillets to remain intact when cutting.
Edge retention is equal on multiple cuts so as to preserve edge performance over the course of a prolonged fishing trip or during bulk fish processing.
Blade Handle Construction
The white resin and black resin are used for each knife's handle. Each handle is 4 1/2" long; they have been designed to provide a solid grip for handling wet knives. Unlike a natural wooden product, resin does not deform, split or draw moisture while being handled outdoors or beside bodies of water.
